Does anybody have a link to the facebook group and bump for the OTO's.

Edit. This is actually a really neat idea but he leaves you to figure a lot of stuff out for yourself which I think is a bit mean as he keeps mentioning the OTO.

What you get in the front end is just a whiff of an idea.

There is no guidance or advice on your facebook page, email copy, if you need a website, how much to charge etc.

You will most likely be left with more questions than answers.

Of course I am not saying that everything should be spoonfed to us but there is just not enough meat here, however I really do like the idea and if we can get the OTO's maybe we could get a small group together to test this idea and get a VA between us to do an email blast for a few days.

Just a thought.

Yes, very GENERIC marketing material he is now charging 297 for. This Jim Park is a crook.

If you try to message him on facebook he will ignore you, then block you if contact him again.
So not only is he a crook he is a SMUG crook.

Thanks for the feedback Patrick_Bateman. I kinda had the idea that might be the case. So often these days, product vendors tag on a DFY pack upsell that claims to be tried and tested, copy and paste emails/letters etc...that you would expect to have been written by some professional copywriter and/or psychologist, only to find that it is so poor it would be embarrassing to send to any business. He was asking way too much money to risk it. Thanks for confirming that.

No Problem. I even ran it by a client of mine who is a real estate investor who does events, his response was "That did not tell me anything, I would never give anyone $2500 for sending me that."
