[REQ] Facebook VCC or alternative method

I got my CC banned by FB and now I need a VCC or an alternative method to activating another advertising account.

Any suggestions are kindly welcome.

facebook works like google now days it happens at times but no worries you can still open a new ad account by using different ip in the same city as your cc will be checked with your ip address as your billing address is checked.the best way is to use your friends facebook account to run ads as i did the same.I even convinced my friend to pay the bills as he would pay with his credit card and i will pay him later.Dont spend all your money start advertising from scratch again.

imp info:never open your ad account from your old ip address then you will be banned again.
