I've read several of her things and there's never anything earth-shattering. But she does come up with some interesting twists on occasion. My guess is, this is about selling physical products locally and through social media and using Etsy as your "dropshipper" instead of AliExpress. I can tell you that it works because I've done that and it can make some decent money. You can also sell it by setting up a store on your Facebook page - which is free to do - and then you don't have the cost of a website or Shopify store. It's a great way to get started with mmo and you can build out in future if you want.
