mmmmm, don't personally have the course, but i am pretty sure it is:

1. Create a Free WSO
2. Contact Product owners similar to your product and ask them for a JV.
3. Get them to put your link on their "buyers" thank you page
4. Get those buyers to opt in to your squeeze page

Basically you need to find product owners with an already established product and get them to put your offer in their thank you pages.
It works :)
