I don't think this can be ripped. This is a business owner who is using an api to load the site onto your server (he also offers domain name registration and hosting service).
Part of the business model is that you pay a certain amount upfront for the design, which is built on his platform. Every time you sell an social media service, he takes 60%---also implements the necessary service such as setting up a fb page for the client---while you take 40%. So basically you are the middle man marketing his platform. He's the guy who's implementing it and charging 60% for the service implementation. Can you design the script? Definitely. Can you provide the service? You could, outsourcing via a team (your own) or one hired via Elance or some place like that. But can you provide reliable support---not sure if you are working with freelancers. By the way, no ads can be put on the site---this a corporate business site---so no question of adsense or amazon or any such thing. Hope this feed back helps |
