So, looked around and couldn't find any similar themes
(Free, of course.)

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a theme similar to this one, if not this one specifically?

I don't know where you can get the theme as it seems to be custom made. but I also got contacted by the scammer except they wanted to use a Credit card instead of a check, I didn't fall for it.
