RE: [REQ] $100K Deals With No Paid Ads
I viewed half the webinar and would have several questions on their business model.

1. How do you determine what offer(s) to provide a big company? You would have to know they need a specific service, such as web design, SEO, or marketing?

2. If a big company is paying you ANYTHING, they would want proof/samples of your work? If you are a newbie, how would you do this?

3. If you, say closed a 10G Deal, how much money would YOU make, considering you’d have to pay the company doing all the work?

I get the distinct sense they are greatly oversimplifying this. Typically to be a vendor for a big company, you have to go through a fairly rigorous whitelisting process.

They do not provide any kinds of answers in their webinar or sales page,
which makes me wonder how sound their business model is. And what are they NOT telling you?

Great questions, stegoms. Sounds like it's too good to be true. Another possible scam!

You should have watched the video till end. They talk about using white label service portfolios of proven companies to pitch their services. "White label portfolio of a company can be claimed to be yours".

It looks like a actionable content.Cheers

I do not have this training. But I have a strong background in B2B.

You do not necesseraly need to know if they need it. If you have the right contacts for the type of services you are selling, when you send many cold emails, people that will have interest will book a "discovery call" with you. But also, for some of these services, it's easy to know if they need the services. For example, within a few minutes, I can easily identify sites that need SEO, or web design services. But I prefer to prepare deep analysis and my closing ration will soar.

If you don't have some success stories, you may use some of case studies/portfolio of the outsourcing services you will be using. But having your own "local" case studies will be more powerful.

Impossible to answer this, it depends on so many things.

Yes they are oversimplifying this. For a newbie, it will not be that easy. I sold to hundreds of SMEs and many Fortune 100 corp. Getting clients that are making 5-20 millions is not that difficult (al least for me). But getting your foot in the door of Fortune 1000 is another ball game. For some, I had to go through a 35+ pages legal documents just to get the approval of the procurement departments to ne on the list of "approved supplier".

P.S. This is not meant for you specifically stegoms, but please no PM asking for help or coaching etc.
I have to time/interest for this.
