[RECASTLY] Should I say RE-GHASTLY? Anyone facing the same problems?

I ended up buying Recastly...tried my hands with a short 2 mn video, that I translated thanks to the program, with some adjustements as it was not perfect.
I processed it and expected it to be rendered in few minutes....
The heck! It's been 2 days, tried once more. No results. Opened a support ticket...no answer. In their FAQ there is just this:

"We launched Recastly on 17th Jan and the launch period is going to give our servers a tough time. The launch ends on 24th Jan 2018.
So during this period we are experiencing a heavy usage of our app and we request you to wait a little bit longer than usual for your videos to get rendered.
In 90% of the cases your videos will still render within 24 hours or less.
Once the launch period is over, your videos should render within minutes.

Anybody else here facing this problem?
