I bought this BSO and implemented it. My results:

Initially PayPal put majority of my funds on hold for 21 days (as per eBay request). Some buyers sent me instant PayPal payments, therefore funds from these payments were not put on hold and I could use them. But then, PayPal restricted my account because of 'significant changes to my account activity', asking me to provide Supplier Information, proof of fulfillment, and purchase receipt from my supplier. This new restriction prevents me 100% from paying, withdrawing, transferring, or sending money using my PayPal balance, even 1 cent.

I had to refund all of my buyers from eBay (including those who sent me instant PayPal payments). I thought after refunding them, they will not leave negative feedback on eBay, because at least I was honest and not scamming them, but I was wrong. Several buyers gave me negative feedback, and then eBay suspended my account. These buyers said I cancelled orders without notifying them (although I wrote a PayPal note for them, but they didn't read it). At first, I planned to PM each buyer of mine on eBay about the refund, but then I thought PayPal note is enough, but I was wrong again.

Now, my eBay account has been suspended, and my PayPal account is still restricted. PayPal told me "If you're unable to submit the required information by May 2, 2019 or if we notice additional changes in your account activity, your access will be further limited."

Additional note: OP wrote in 1st post, "Now, it's worth noting that the people you are obtaining this product from acquired it most likely using some Blackhat tactics." When I read that statement, I thought it means the 'suppliers' got their product stock using black hat tactics, and we will sell the products from their stock. But the reality is, these so called suppliers have never kept the product stock. They are not even selling the products, they are just selling social engineering service. They have never acquired the products.

Yes be very freaking careful with these products. In fairness I wont mention the product here but just know if you care at all about your eBay account stay the hell away from this. Also the method for acquiring said product is pretty much dead as most of the guys socially engineering these have run into issues because the manufacture has closed the loopholes. It was a good run for about 3 years but those good ole days are gone.
