Questions about CPA.(popads)

Hi, I was wondering if any of you gave had any success using popads.
So far i have generated about 1000 clicks and 0 actions.
I believe my keywords are of a good quality but maybe i'm wrong.
Does anyone have any tips to using popads ?
I am in the dating niche.

Not much of success.
Used it yesterday for an adult offer, 780 clicks 1 conversion.
Other was also adult 871 clicks 0 conversions.
Don't think is a good traffic source.

seems like we are all having the same failure with popads - anyone else curious that the author of CPA Crusher always use's his ref link for these crappy site's? i'm starting to think he make's his commissions on suckers like us signing up and not threw conversions or am i just a little jaded? lol

Wii zip/email submit offer - 1507 Impressions - 1 conversion - spent $5.45 Earned $1.60 - so yeah not exactly brilliant - but will do a bit more tweaking
