[Question] How To Build a Silo Website Correctly?

Hello to you all, I'm going to build a new site but this time I want to put away WordPress as it's not very good for Siloing purposes. I've gotten XsitePro and I read it's good for siloing. You may say that these website do not look so good but lots of them rank on first page and I think that's what matters at the end of the day.

I know about Siloing but I don't want to make a mistake and destroy all my project that's why I need some help.

So in short my question is: how to build a Silo Website Properly? Please, be detailed in your answer as I really want to make my best in this project.
