Can you tell us what exact application are you looking for or is this a facebook option for an app page?
Provide us screenshot if possible. I will try to answer what i know. At this point of time we are promoting heavy on facebook so i think i can answer your question if its about the page. |

My page can have app v2.3 with publish_actions for write post's on user's walls.
Site get token when user log in to app from my site. Site have terms of service and all users getting information about this permission and accept or discard |
