[QUES] USING OTHERS VIDEO AS YOUR OWN
Is there a way to make someone else video as your own? To avoid copyright and license stuffs.
for example: A tutorial vid on YouTube, getting rid of the voice or maybe change it to a digital voice. Please lists software that are currently best to edit video or audio or maybe both. Thanks for answers |

Try video spin blaster or sony vegas to mute down the audio and than make your audio. However this is not the good way. if the owner see the video, if it is tutorial and handy or others than he busted you with the copyright.
