I suggest you download to your desktop, then run the file through a local scan or use VirusTotal.com. Be concerned only if YOUR anti-virus program detects a problem. Even then, you can use the program in a virtual sandbox to keep it from your main system files or just delete it from the desktop and find an alternative software.
