On this thread you offer your services and it all seems perfectly reasonable but if someone was to use you for a legitimately acquired list they would risk losing their CPA account, not being paid out and get in trouble because you steal their list, spam it and share it.

The problem with a legitimate list (I have one containing millions) is that it is too expensive to use on the mainstream autoresponder companies, so it is given you install it on your own server, except that it is complex and expensive to use software such and Interspire and PowerMTA

So if one has a list acquired from dubious sources then you can only use it for CPA accounts you do not care about (which have crap payouts anyway) in which case it becomes a numbers game, email millions and build your own good list from those that reply.

Yet what is the solution for people with a large legitimate list wanting to email highly targetted offers with big payouts?

Inboxing depends on so may things that if someone claims that he can deliver 100% he is talking pure bullshit.
