Rainbow Perhaps a bit of hope for diabetics ??
Attached is a de-krapified PDF from a very recent article about some researches done by 'amateurs'.
It may be helpful or even hopeful for anyone interested in the subject.

Original very ad-infested source:

RE: Perhaps a bit of hope for diabetics ??
Thanks for the kind replies here folks !!

Type of the illness aside - no matter what, it is a scourge and to my views it is terrific that a private group has seen fit to take aim at making things better for the sufferers of it - hopefully more will make even more efforts at making things better as well.

A related and highly personal note:
Over 30 years ago I was told by the medicos, in absolute terms that my body would be 100% dependent for the rest of my living days on artificial insulin injections starting within the next 6 months...period.

I chose a different path and made some changes in my lifestyle instead of suffering their proclaimed doom sentence.

Result:
Never have I used any artificial insulin or anything in the 'treatment' of the wildly varying blood sugar levels which are possible if insufficient care is NOT used, every waking minute of every single day.

Never lapsed into a coma or had any of the other serious symptoms of this affliction either.

Living better IS possible - so long as one is motivated and commited to doing it.

RE: Perhaps a bit of hope for diabetics ??
smithnowt, I heard and did the same. I was around 300 in US-based numbers and over 20 in Aussie numbers every time I was tested. Six weeks after going raw-plant-based using 80-10-10, without cheating, I was consistently around 5 in Aussie numbers (which is perfectly normal).

Happydance Smartys, I thank you for your kind thoughts and have given you what I may in return here. Perfect 10

Just adding to the ideas already expressed here, strictly from my own POV:
So many times I have read where folks have said that this is a man-made 'disease'.

Given that I and othes have managed to un-make it, I am inclined to believe that idea.

All my Best Wishes to anyone who is working to make their life better from this terrible scourge !!
