Ditto ! I'm getting the same problem.

I think we need Genesis Framework : http://my.studiopress.com/themes/genesis/
And then we can install the skins provided by Kamru.

Let's wait for a reply from Kamru to clear this up.

EDIT: Just checked their site. 'All themes are powered by Genesis Framework'
Unless Kamru can provide us Genesis Framework theme, pretty much all the themes here are useless to us :(
