Has anyone had trouble with the Fusion Builder plugin?

I was able to install it, but when i go to activate it, it breaks my site.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Fusion builder and fusion core both activated?

I was able to get Fusion Core updated, activated and installed, but when i go to activate Fusion Builder, i get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 557

Someone on the envato community posted the same problem,
Do check your system status and see if there are any reds.

Dont need to download the dummy files, just activate it using the method i described above and content can be loaded without problems. :)

One solution is given by kamru, another solution is installing a clean avada theme without modify any file and just activate using my method.
i encounter same issue but rarely with modified files, and sometimes it solves just reload the same page 3-4 times.

Hello! Yes, I have a license key for avada, but sorry, strictly my own use. The way to bypass it is given on page #9 by @sirdree himself. Probably I'll just edit my first post so others could see.

I used the method in post #72 to null it. Looks like it worked.

I had to update my version of PHP (to 5.6) in the Cpanel to get all of the plugins to work.

I also had to run the conversion for the shortcodes twice, but that was because i already had an old version of the theme installed.

All seems well after those couple of adjustments.
