New to selling websites
I have a question, i'm selling one of my websites and a guy is interested but he said he will pay me after the site and domain is transferred. He was on digitalpoint.com. Should I trust him because I never sold a website before.

NO!!! Once you transfer it you can't get it back if he doesn't pay.

It´s absolutely not typical to send the website before getting the payment. For larger sales, you could use Escrow but their fee is too high unless you to sell 500$+ websites. It always depends on the member but those domain and website forums also attract scammers, so I would definitely not send anything before getting the payment.

Good, ask for at least 50% upfront, if not, no sale. try flippa instead, a few fees, but better protection.

You don't have to ask for upfront. Use https://www.escrow.com/

Safe for both of you.
