New to Internet Marketing. Setting up first website?
Hi guys, I have a few questions on setting up of my first website.

1) Do I have to create a sole prop before I create my first website? Where I'm from, sole props have to be registered with a govt body.

2) It seems that taxes have to be paid on online income. Isn't it easy to hide these earnings?

RE:
1.) No you don't. A website is a website. Unless you are making money, you don't need to create sole prop. for tax purposes.
2.) It is easy if it is cash but for ach and wire transfers the bank has a record of everything

Trust me. Don't start worrying about taxes, etc, until you have actually started getting some success. It's not as easy as it looks.

It seems that in the U.S you are automatically a sole prop. This is not really the case where im from. That's why I posted this question as I was afraid that I might end up doing something illegal. Anyway, I found my answer already.

RE:
to get a website, you need a domain registration account and a hosting account. I don't think either of these will insist that the registrant is anything other than an individual person.
