I read a few pages. But before I go ahead and procure what seems to be a great money maker; How does the legal parts of this work?

Is there fraud detection?
Are legal pages preworded?
What If I'm not from the US, all these w8 forms and all these tax responsibilities I see most affiliate networks manage can I blatantly ignore them?
What about affiliates with copyrighted material and such?

Hello,

It is 100% legal. The money you are receiving will be from the CPA networks you use (adworkmedia, cpalead, ...) So if you already have accounts with them, it is up to you or not to declare those incomes. I am not a tax expert. That's your responsibility to inquire for the country you live in.

We list a 3rd party service that blocks proxies, vpn, ... the info is found in the customer area.

The template that comes with the script has terms of service, etc You can add a page if you want. OR modify an existing page.

Yes if you are not in the US, you don't need to manage those tax forms like the ones for US publishers.

Only link locker and content gateway are concerned for copyrighted material. In Admin, you have the list of each link locker and content gateway created by publishers. Once some have lead, you can check them out.

Great, and in regards to link/content lockers I wouldn't be responsible for any copyright claim brought against the content they have posted right? How about offers from PPI networks, will those be implemented(nvm saw the universal postback update)? How about payoneer would that also be implemented anytime soon? Or would all these require independent developers?

If yes, if I purchase the smaller package, the $89.90 package in the future if I want to upgrade would this be subsidized? Do you offer migration solutions or backup/restore solutions?

None of my customers had their account banned. The network will ask you to take down the link.
Offers from PPI cannot be implemented as of right now. But you may hire my coder once you are a customer for any custom work.

You can change payout methods by just editing a file.

Yes later on you can upgrade to the developer version. Just open a ticket support for a deal ;-)

I came here to PM you as i had no news and I saw your last post.
Sorry again for delay.

To transfer site or back up data (files + db), you can use Cpanel backup function. I moved sites several times for customers with no problem.
