Need Help verifying clickbank affliate account

Hello I have some commisions from self referrals in my cb account.
CB withholds the money for the first payout until i have enough sales
from different cards.

I need about 3 -4 people to buy a $3 product through my clickbank affiliate link
using a credit card. After you purchase I will refund you the $3 plus $1 for your trouble.

I believe you have already got it, but if that info will be helpful, a.f.a.i.n. you can use your personal multiple debit/credit cards to purchase the product with your affiliate link. Why not use virtual (prepaid) cards also? It must be very simple solution.
