Need Help Editing the Header on my Website. (willing to pay or reimburse whoever can help me with this problem)

I recently installed a theme on my website that I found here on BBHF that I really like. I would pay for it, but I just can't afford to risk paying that much for a theme if I can't even the header image. I've tried just about everything that I can think of to fix the header. I'm not that tech savvy when it comes to this type of thing, but I think that original theme creator disabled the customizer in Wordpress because when I go to Customize > Header, this is what I get:

/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F&autofocus[control]=header_image

BTW.. My domain name is: amanwebmarketing .com

I've searched countless hours trying to find a way to fix this, and it's been going on for about 2 weeks. So this is why I've come here to ask you guys. If you help me solve this problem, I'd be willing to reimburse you for your time and effort in the form of a reasonable payment. I'm not sure if that's allowed here, but I'm just tired and frustrated of having to deal with that, so I only feel that it's right.

The logo is located at:

You could just substitute an new logo image approximately the same size and name it cliffordlocallogo.png. Delete or rename the old one.
