What's the target audience? Who would possibly want to create their own variation of Google Playstore? I'm sorry but I can't think of anybody.

obviously ya can't really compete with google play store so i think possibly the only way it would work is to be very niche specific in the apps and promote the brand with a lot of free content. could be good for list building to promote other products/services.

i am still confused if he wants to promote the site which is selling a script or an actual app store

the target audience for this product is usually like the bloggers, they can use this script to create a site that can monetise in using adsense

You do not need to compete with google play store or should be number one.You simply create a site like the playstore then your optimization, your site can be a lot of traffic and you can use that site to earn money.

this is your script and you created it with the intention of bloggers being your target audience? most bloggers don't even monetize. you know that right?

my comment above is how *I* would use the script as a marketer. i wasn't saying i would compete with google play. using it as content to make chump change in adsense revenue is ridiculous!

you don't have a clue what you are doing which is why you need someone to market it for ya. have you beta tested the script so you have found and limited the bugs?

i know exactly how i wold market this but it would need a lot of work which i ain't willing to do and you would probably have to outsource it. you would be giving up +50% of the net income. you will also have to find someone who actually trusts you to pay them. nobody knows you on this forum.

you might want to try your luck on the warrior forum in the jv section and pitch your idea to someone there but nobody is going to like that you think your target customers are bloggers.

I think it's a cool software to have in your portfolio to showcase as a developer. Go get a job at Microsoft or Google.

But it is unmarketable and unmonetizeable. Sorry.
