May I know :

1) Is this something like a products search engine app? User key in the products keyword let say " Watch", and get the result listed?
2) Or I can build an apps type store?
3) can I included all the affiliate network or only can choose one network to work with?

This is not a product search engine App. The Apps created with the software look for interesting deals and discounts for specific categories ( you select those categories when making the App ) and presents them to your users.

Im not sure what you mean by an Apps type store

You can include as many affiliate networks as you want, multiple stores and multiple categories.

Hello sir,
Your tracking ID gets processed before the final Amazon product url is displayed. In 24 hours you should see your own clicks showing up in your Amazon Affiliate Dashboard.
