sorry for my bad English i think you learn it from oxford. my business plan is i will setup website and marketplace forum posting all the hard thing i will do to sale the software copy as much as possible ok in 800$ i will do all this work i hope you understand and need more info mail me or Skype thanks

you don't need a partner for that. just run an early bird special so people can sign up to your list. once the early bird is over, run your sales campaign. once you have orders, buy the software for $800 using the funds from the preorders.

if you aren't willing to go that route, your offer needs to be good for an investor. something like if they buy the software, then they get 100% of the profits until paid back in full and then split whatever was agreed upon after that wether 50-50 40-60 etc....

problem right now is that you don't sound like you have it all thought out before posting about it. amature mistake

thanks for the advice but in 800$ i am not only just buy the software and resale right i will setup website and marketplace forum posting i will take care of all clients investor just need to collect the payment if you think the investor buy the software but i know many people don't know how to get targeted traffic to get sales many people spend on even bing and adword but not earn well so i will provide every think website ,course,client,handle,marketing, and many more i hope you understand it thanks

Reflects poorly on you but you're doing what you can with what you got. Correct? Just remember first impressions go a long way and you're here asking for investment capital. As usual, this software person, that only you are know of, has no background information to even begin to support this venture capital raising plan of yours. For starts - What is their background and record? Let's see some of their prior products.
How English proficient are they? Because an investor will want to talk to them! How do they support themselves? How much time can they and you commit to this business venture? Why do they even need you if they are so good? Because it all rides on satisfyingly consistent quality that meets or beats competitors and consumer products, demands and expectations.

You say you'll "setup all the thing" so that includes full customer support too? What hosting will you use because my suggestion is your own dedicated for full control. What about driving traffic? How social media savvy are you?

Your losing money in a binary option gamble is really none of our concern except now it is of great concern because you mention it here. It's a poor excuse, exposing a victim mentality. It shows poor foresight on your part as you''re currently broke from that gamble.

There is no way a 50-50 split is even worth considering with all the risk landing on the investor. This is NOT a one-time investment! Sounds like you need money just to keep your head above water at this point and that's what the $800 is really for. Correct?

You see this is another gamble on your part and from your track record it doesn't pan out. Not even close. You need to get solvent first and then go this route if it still interests you. Because if you really knew how to drive targeted traffic and on top of that create solid sales copy you'd be solvent and even able to repeatedly flip these sites.

You should be upfront and say you need $800 to pay off your prior losses and another $800 for this business venture and stipulate in the contract $1,600 per month to stay afloat. Because that's what you and this software partner both need.

Instills no confidence. California Kid has you pointed in the right direction but you need lead magnet bait and good sales copy. You have to give value and instill confidence. Takes time and your back is already against the wall. Building your list in this field is critical and word of mouth gets out fast if you cannot provide quality products and customer support. But you're trying to start this from a sinking ship.

Get yourself solvent first! As of now your personal finances are all ready hemorrhaged out of control. No investor worth their salt wants to take on your problems! They want rock solid confidence in their ROI. What do you have to offer as security for the investments?

first i am in this business for long time like 3 years now so if you don't know me same thing is here i don't know you but when some one come up with the idea new person come and talk if they like the deal it's start the business venture

he is selling his product with resale right and after any one who agree with business deal on this i will show every thing how it's going on and show his bots software why i didn't show here because i know many people need info and start there own don't want to include me it's called stole the idea

yes i will do all the hard and for social activity many products sale by targeted traffic not by social traffic i have 3000+ member list also by my website

thanks i know 800$ big amount now a days every one need money without investment that's why they didn't make a single dime i remember i had only 40 bucks and my last hope is selling my adsense account work then from that day i never look back but doing some bad work in binary lost most of my money but i learn thing never give up and thanks for luck i know i will have sooner or later but i will
