I faced the same issue 4 days back, and I have like 5000 courses.
I was behind udemy support for 2 days continously and asked exactly what policy did I violate, I even pasted the Student rules from Udemy terms: https://www.udemy.com/terms/ Got my account back :) You respond back to her asking where in terms is it stated that you should not use Free coupons . I have enroll course with coupon more than 9000+ course in one account, doesn't seem have a problem.

I'D FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT BY TAKING IT TO THE SUPERVISORY LEVEL WITH A COPY OF THE POLICIES AND TERMS ATTACHED IN THE EMAIL THAT SHOWS YOU HAVEN'T BROKEN ANY RULES. IF THEY STILL RENIG, TAKE IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND LET EVERYONE KNOW AND RAISE SOME STEAM.

I have tons of premium courses with free coupons. My account is safe, maybe I purchased some courses with discounts. Is it the reason why my account is safe?
