I don't use AliPay account. I pay directly using my credit card. May be this is the issue...

I am not sure about AliExpress policy, because I think they never change it and do not care much about using your own affiliate links to buy for yourself. There is even a special Google app for everyone released by ePN company (an official partner of AliExpress) that is called ePN Cashback Plugin. When you browse AliExpress products this plugin shows the commission rate of the product and when you make a purchase you get this commission on your ePN account. Every order that's paid for by credit card is processed via Alipay. If you try to place the order from USA and ship the item to Europe the payment will be declined. Perhaps it's different for folks from Russia. I am still trying to overcome this payment issue limitation.
