Moving Domain, Changing Theme.
Hi peeps,
I just picked up a couple of websites, they are no great shakes, but I think I can maybe make them profitable with a little bit of hard work. They are currently on really slow servers and the themes on both are an eyesore. So i'm thinking on moving them to a vps, and of course changing the themes. I'd read before that changing a domains IP would sometimes result in a drop in rankings (these two are currently ranking for a few keywords). Has anyone here seen a drop in results after changing both theme and domain at the same time that they never recovered from? Or was your experience they bounced back after a couple of weeks? I'd also like to start a social presence for both these domains:Instagram, Youtube twitter etc. My intial thought was to use Tor, but am now coming round to the idea of using Elite proxies via Firefox for them. How do you get round having so many social accounts coming from the same IP? Thanks for any answers, it's always appreciated! |
