If the credit card won't link in bing ads :) not after if you get banned as I tested 7 accounts myself and all are live (following bing rules) and some other things which are obvious.

People seem to have trouble linking US VCC but myself I always get success. It must be the creation method that affects successful linking so I might pull away the sales for this VCC until I find a newer one that should work with every method..

Thanks for the review :) I am really not sure why it didn't link 2 times in a row.. It could really be the creation method (am investigating).
