Massive clean to make BBHF a SPAM FREE forum

Starting today i will be doing some massive clean up.

Invalid thread(s) to be deleted.

Disable - Self Promotion and Referral Affiliate Offers forum then deletion will come to save some disk space in preparation for major upgrade.
- deletion of entire thread(s) as no point of keeping inactive threads
(that section is being actively spam by users who try to bypass BSO
There will be no FREE advertising of spamming your referral.
Advertising will ONLY be allowed on BSO Section.

UDEMY Section
- duplicate threads will be deleted.
- thread starter bumping their own thread will be suspended from posting,
i assigned Omni Potens to monitor that section and suspend anyone who post double threads and keep on bumping their thread.
- bumping own thread and making double posting on a daily basis are only allowed on BSO and GB section


Dumping Freebies Section
- deletion of entire thread(s) as no point of keeping inactive threads
- that section is been used by spammers too, so that section will be deleted.

Software, Scripts, Plug-ins, Tools and Bots
- users that was been banned for posting virus share, all threads will be deleted.

Public thread that uses attachment will follow.

Please do not use attachment file(s). I will disable it on everybody.
On your behalf do nothing, all replacement will be done by me manually.

It may take some time but no worry i will make sure no data will be lost.
