Marketing Something B2B - Ideas?

I own a web development company and my clients are consistent from email marketing. I quit the cold call routine because email is more efficient and less exhausting.

That said, I create B2B email leads daily, focusing on personal emails like gmail and so on, and have tons of opens, but about 70% do not need web design. So I have all these businesses that are responsive, but zip to make money off them with.

I am a part of CPA Grip, peerfly, ogads, and clickbank and none of the products seem to really pop out there to meet the needs of real offline businesses.

Does anyone have an idea of what would be great to sell them (besides SEO, Social media marketing, and Web Design, which I already pitch)?

I am looking for something I can kind of automate. I can send out about 8,000 emails a day, but I really just send around 1500.

Speaking of which, I was also thinking about what I can automate with Fiverr as well.

I see a bunch of Fiverr things here and there, just rehashed garbage, trying to upsell someone else's stuff, link building and the like, but that is not automated enough really.
