[METHOD] How I hit $400/day reselling imported apparel

Wanted to share a simple method that has been working really well for me lately. July was absolutely fantastic and I finally cracked the $400 a day mark, so I figured I'd write this up for anyone looking for a solid hustle without spending money on ads.

The method is basically physical arbitrage on Vinted and Depop.

Here is how I run it: I import clothes directly from China using sites like DHGate and Taobao. The trick here is that I don't just do reps. A lot of people think you only make money on fake shoes, but I bring in a ton of unbranded vintage pieces and streetwear. The Y2K style is huge right now. You can buy a solid quality unbranded hoodie or vintage-looking tee for like 4 or 5 bucks direct from the factory.

Once it lands, I list it on Depop and Vinted. These apps already have millions of kids scrolling with their credit cards. You don't need to run a Shopify store or pay for Facebook ads. If you take decent pictures in natural light, that $5 hoodie easily flips for $50 or $60. The organic traffic does the heavy lifting for you.

To be totally honest with you guys, I was stuck making maybe $50 a day for a long time. I was just winging it, taking bad photos, and not treating it like an actual business. I was also getting frustrated with lowballers and my accounts weren't getting traction.

Things changed when I joined a Skool community called The Resell Hustle. I saw guys in there doing crazy numbers and it made me take it seriously. They helped me figure out how to structure the accounts properly so you don't get shadowbanned, and how to actually scale the sourcing. Once I applied their setups and started treating my store like a real operation, my numbers just took off. July was my best month ever.
