i got 8 kws mostly related to health/care niche, all keywords are easy to rank and their CPC is $3-$14 which is awesome...u can easily rank these keywords, put adsense and sit and enjoy earnings...

I believe you are using LTP to gauge the competitiveness of each keyword.

All 9 keywords are fresh, as I compared the result from my LTP, with your exact competition and searches spreadsheet.
Spreadsheet contains Kws, CPC, local US searches, Monetize recommendation and Kws competition.
Very easy and straightforward to understand.

I just tried the link and it worked without an issue. Also the low competition measurement is based off of Moz's Domain Authority, Page Authority, Moz Rank, Juice Links and Links of the top 10-12 results in google for the keyword in question. Also a couple of other factors.
