Looking for someone who can run facebook ads for local businesses

I have been making videos for local businesses and then offering them other services but I don't have the experience in doing facebook ad campaigns for local businesses. I'm looking for someone who can run effective campaigns, for instance I have a local mechanic looking for some extra promotion. If you think you can help out here, I can pay for a trial ad campaign for this one customer and then we can go forward with other client from this point.

Where is the business located? What kind of business? What trail ad budget you looking for and what kinda results u looking for?

I create videos for local small businesses(mechanics, handymans, eg. services found in the classifieds) that may or may not already have a website then if they're pleased with the videos then I ask if you want other services. The one trial I want to run is on a local mechanic. A small ad budget of $100 to get some leads captured and show some results to the owner (at the end of the day he wants some new clients and that's the result we're looking to get from ads capturing emails of potential customers)

I figure something like an ad 'need car repairs? find out if you can qualify for free repairs' then an optin page with a coupon offer. Target demographics would be small as it's a small town in eastern ontario Canada
