he's a scammer and posting in the wrong section right now. it's a pyramid scheme and he has posted the details in the self promotion section of the forum(which is the right section).
he doesn't want to jv with anyone he wants to recruit people to give him $20 and then those people will have to recruit others to give THEM $20. basically it's a gifting program and a pyramid scheme where people beg other people to give them money. You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone that can never repay you
