Looking for partner to improve blog.

After the Google update last week I am starting to get alot more traffic, and closing this as a result thereof.
- There is no elevator to Success, You have to take the stairs.

hey khawk - i respect you as a member. i know you don't want someone coming in and taking 50% of your hard work off the top but that's exactly what you are asking someone else to do right now. put in hard work and you get the initial profits off the top.
a better way i feel is to pay them a slightly lower ownership and percentage or have someone buy the 50% share from you. anyway, good luck with you jv bud. |

Thanks alot. Yeah, i know i was writing my offer in a crappy way. I feel its hard to offer something that will be fair for everyone. Especially when its your baby. But sure, if someone can come in and fix the site, get everything back on track, i will give you 40%, and you will make money from the time you completed your work on the site. Seems fair? We can re-negotiate possible 50-50 deal, after 1 year depending on how much time you out into the site. Still waiting om someone that is serious enough, smart enough, and willing put in some time. |
