Looking for partner(s)

Hello friends! I have made this thread in an attempt to acquire a partner for IM collaboration. By collaboration I mean someone that would like to partner up and collectively design and build a brand new website for Internet Marketing purposes, of course.

The reason for this is because, frankly, I am tired of doing it solo. I believe it would be fun and potentially rewarding to join with others for a common goal. It will offer fresh ideas, motivation and great learning for all involved. You don't build a house with one person, right? No. You have a crew, or a team that works together to build something great.

Requirements:

1. Must be willing to use TeamSpeak.

- TS offers a great environment for sharing and learning. It is an important tool used by many teams across the World and is a must.

2. Must be 18+.

- This should be a given, but I am displaying for clarification. Nearly everything we will use requires 18+ verification (PayPal, Affiliate Networks...etc)

3. Must be Active and online (Daily)

- I am looking to treat this as a job. This means Daily activity and team meets to ensure progress is being made and everyone is on schedule.

4. Must speak English

- I am not knocking any non-native speakers, and if you speak/write English well then that is fine. Having said that, if you cannot speak/write English in a fluent, adult manner then please don't join. English is the common trading language and fluency is a must.

5. Must contribute

- Another obvious point, but I want to make it clear: If you are not willing to pull your weight for the team, then you will get booted without your split of the profit.

6. Must be trust-worthy

- Basically, the first sign of sketchiness will get you the boot. I understand trust from online strangers doesn't happen in an instant, but over time I would like to grow as a team.


What I offer:

1. I can offer hosting for any website that is decided

2. I have programming experience in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C# (.NET)

3. I am VERY active. IM and the like is my job. I will not lie, I am relatively new to the scene. However, I have learned a lot and can probably share a lot with others. I also don't sleep a lot and will probably be one of the most active users you will ever meet (I am lucky to have a GF that supports this haha)

Final Notes:

If things work out and a great idea is put into production, all profits will be split equally. The way we handle this can be decided with time. I have no problem with using some sort of ESCROW service if that is what we all agree on.
