Looking for partner
Hello Dear Friends,

Lately i have registered 4 domains but due to my amount of my daily work i cant put it in use. If someone is interested on using those domains we can talk about the idea and a small percentage from the site.
The domains are :

cryptocapitalfinancing.com

cryptocoinfinancing.com

betslug.com

bettingammo.com

Wish you a happy day

RE: Looking for partner
ouch. i am just gonna say that this would be a bad idea for the person who wants to rent a domain or pay a commission.

not saying this will happen, but it CAN happen. the person who controls the domain control everything. the person can fail to register the domain and let it expire, the person can stop giving access to the domain anytime he/she pleases intentionally.

it's not at all a very safe way to do business. UNLESS the owner of the domain was also working on the project too and the other person controlled the finances. there has to be a balance of power here and not so one sided or you could end up losing EVERYTHING and all that hard work.....

OR

have a solid non disclosure agreement made up, also have a solid contract made up where the terms of the agreement are clearly shown and accepted by both parties with no fine print, and ensure you live in the same country so you can take legal action if neccessary. also, you might want to think about doing it ONLY IF the person can clearly show that the domain is registered for more than a year which will show a commitment to the contract. contract also mean that if YOU back out of it, the domain owner can take legal action too.

RE: Looking for partner
All your concerns are correct and i respect your point of view.
I have no intention :
1st To harm anyone
2nd To control any finance on anyone business
I have study economics and i have a daily work that i spend most of my day (more than 10 hours).I invest in several project from time to time as a side income. The domains (betting) i mention above have been registered few months ago when a developer of a betting software propose me to open a membership website with prediction, this partnership has failed cause the results i have seen was not for a service that will bring visitors to make subscriptions. The purpose was to create a PBN for traffic on those domains and now are just sitting on my account. If someone is interested to work on those domain i am not negative to sign a non disclosure agreement for those. As for the percentage i mention it will be a small one and of course anyone that will agree to partner in this kind of agreement has to be transparent financially with his partner.
I will not let those domains expire cause i see value on those and the first thing that i will do is to register for more years if someone is willing to use it in this kind of partnership. If the business that will be created is mature for sale i will not stand in the way of a sale and of course i am willing to discuss the potential of transferring the domain if the price is somewhere near at the value that i am seeing on those domains.
The same apply for the crypto financing domains.I see a better value on those cause the crypto financing is an evolving Niche and is just in the beginning.
I have to thank you for your concerns.

My Respect Dear Friend.

Hey California Kid

I agree with the power part of your comment as it would be silly to dive in and spend a lot of time on this and watch as the rug gets pulled out.

But I disagree on the NDA and Contract part... Those are nearly worthless. If you get screwed and need to go to court, I hope you have a crapload of time AND cash on hands as that is what it is going to take... And your chances are still very low of success.

And if the guy doing this has any brains, you wrap a venture like this in a Company for protect with the main components wrapped in a secondary company.

Sue me, and after you spend a sack load of money, IF you win, I just give you my front end company. Worth about $250 US while all my assets are protected in my shield behind that.

Due diligence and equity is the only way to go and this, even if the person offering it is 100% cool, is still rolling the dice.

As a business owner, I take risks, but I don't gamble.

Cheers,

G.S.
