Looking for a Partner for long terms

Hi,

This is my only 22nd post, so, u may consider that i'm a newbie but i joined this site in july and read almost every thread on this forum and in these 6 months i have learned alot almost about every thing, Thanks to BBHF and i think now its time to implement...

Thats y I am looking for a partner for my 9-10 projects (ideas) to make money online...

Reasons why i need a partner:

* Financial problem: i am unemployed at the moment and cannot invest...

** Work Load: There's a lot of work involved which i cannot handle myself alone and i believe u can produce much better results as a team...

Kind of Partner i'm looking for:

* Who can invest between $500-$1000

** Who can work for long term (for years)

*** Must have patience and can devote full time and commitment

**** Must have knowledge about seo (specially keywords) , wordpress and CPA(not for newbies, sorry)

I do not give guarantee that we'll be making profit, there may be loss as well, although all of my projects (ideas) are to make money, there's no business without risk, u cannot expect only profit from ur business, there might be a chance of loss as well, so patience and commitment is very important...But i believe, if u give full commitment and do hard work, u will definitely get reward for it...

If u'r unemployed, hving family and financial problems then this is not for u, i don't wanna risk ur money when u'r already hving hard time....

In start, profit sharing will be 40% (me) - 60% (u)...Suppose u invested 10$ and we earned 10$, then i will keep 4$ and u will keep 6$...This will carry on until you get your full money (investment) back to u and after that we'll be sharing 50% - 50%

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLZ PM ME HOW MUCH U CAN INVEST AND WHAT KNOWLEDGE DO U HAVE?

if i have something new (trick or method) , i will definitely share with other members...

All my methods which i want to start are already posted and have been shared in this forum...And i will definitely tell about my ideas to the person who is interested to be my partner

Just a word of advice to the op, as he obviously no idea how JV and investors work.

An investor will put money into a project, and he will want a % of the company. He will not expect to have to do any work, as he thinks his investment is his work.

No investor is going to risk his money, only to be promised his money back. or in a project that has not been planned, and he will want to know what his money will be used for.

I dont know of any investor that would be crazy enough to invest in you, because you have not given any information about yourself except to say you have 6 months reading, methods on a blackhat forum.

Being willing to work hard is only the start. You must give your skills, what you have succeeded at.and some general information about your scheme.

Being honest if you get an investor for any less than 60% of your business you will be doing welll. this will only leave 40% for your JV.

And looking at these figures, there is no incentive for a person to join you in a JV

So true. A smart investor will invest in him/herself. Why would anyone invest in something so vague and ambiguous?

U'r right, i was targeting those investors who got money but have no idea how to invest them, i have the knowledge but no investment, so in this case we both getting benefits...
