Looking JV For Creating NIche Site. [No investment required]

Hi members,
I am looking for members who can partner with me for making niche site, with or without investment. I want group of people to work with.
#1. We will make niche website and populate article in that, if you are having hosting plan then it is ok, if not then also ok.
#2. We can have 2 to 3 member (as admin) per niche site and revenue will be share as all member will decide.
#3. I want long term partnership, so don't expect money in the first month itself, if will take at-lest 3 month to get money.
#4. Think this as a investment and we all grow together.
#5. Newbie who doesn't have money but have idea can join. Investment i will do.[I only want active member who can work for 2 hour only]
#6. You are not going to lose anything, and you will own a website as administrator, which you can apply for cpa network.
#7. Anyone want to leech or want to play, please don't join.
