Lift Fast Die Later is a book that helps increase your health span by solving the paradox of maintaining muscle mass thus avoiding sarcopenia (muscle loss in old age) and down regulating growth pathways to increase your longevity. Both of which are in direct opposition of each other but are vital to reach a health span that matches your life span. Through a combination of resistance training and fasting the reader will be able solve this problem. As well as the two pronged approach to achieving a long health span there are other protocols that can be used to optimised both, examples include nutrition, sleep and grounding.
