Yes, some folks hate CloudatCost, but putting that, google voice and Incredible PBX (http://incrediblepbx.com/), then optionally adding a $10 ATA box - you can get whole-house phone services on steroids for less than anything, anywhere.
(This is what I'll do with the CaC account I grabbed some while back once I take the time to finish setting it up...)
