Java developer needed asap

I am potentially in a very tight position and may need help here shortly

I am an ecommerce consultant and have been since the late 90's, multiple time million dollar seller on multiple platforms.

I also own a software company. We provide a java program that interfaces with the jet.com api enabling a seller to easily manage their order and product feed. My partner is the developer and located on the opposite side of the earth. from all appearances he has gone awol on me, not 100% sure yet. Im looking for someone good enough to be able to look at the jar file, understand how it works, make the necessary adjustments so that it interacts with a vps instead of his private server and continue development. I am not a developer, dont know the jargon, but understand the concepts. Id prefer to work it out with the develop or buy it from him but at this point cant even find him and he knows what is happening. We have customers in the middle of onboarding and several in the wings waiting. Im trying to get my ducks in a row just in case, worst case scenario.
