this sounds more like the platforms are banning your accounts rather than reaching platform limits. i cold be wrong but that's exactly what it sounds like since you aren't just looking for 1 partner and need a steady flow of accounts. seems fishy to me but could be legit if you can show LIVE results of your accounts and how long they have been around....
