Is there a way to buy Payoneer account?
Hello guys!
I want to purchase a new verified fully functional Philippines Payoneer account with the card details but not with the physical card. You can't use that account as I will be using it. I will only receive payments from different legit networks and spend on different gaming sites and ebay/amazon. I will only pay after I completely change all the details. I will pay $20~$30 PayPal depending how smoothly the trade goes. You can take the $25 offered by Payoneer initially. NOTE: There shouldn't be any bank account attached to the Payoneer card as want the funds to stay in the account and then spend when necessary. I don't want the money to automatically get withdrawn to your bank. |
