Why is it so hard for you to deliver the product if you have it? That's what I don't understand.

1) You did not pay 2 weeks ago.
You paid only 1 week ago.

2) When you paid, you did not follow instructions to provide details.
You merely copied and pasted email from paypal.

When I send payment link I requested for the following
(1) Your Paypal Name
(2) Your Paypal email
(3) Your Preferred email (for communication and account creation) (I will create your account and the login details will be emailed to this email)
(4) Your PCloud email (if there are any downloads to be delivered via PCloud)

You did not provide this until only a few days ago.

3) Why is it so hard to deliver?
That's because you failed to provide payment and delivery info as requested.
