Thank you for reply! I have downloaded one course from here - Blackhat mailing and I plan to use STMP server of old domain with some rank and to "warm" it with going slowly at first.
Since the mails are 100% confirmed i think it should go to inbox ? I will use spinner for text and headlines..
The leads are targeted - they are mostly in marketing niche, i have also other lists which are also targeted. All lists are USA only.
Should i use "blank refferer" script, to hide from affiliate network ?
Can you please recommend me some good affiliate network ? Affiliate link is preferred so i can share part of earning with you ?

The blackhat email marketing course by Soma is probably the best there is, I imagine that's the one you got, if so, he teaches everything important there is to know about BHEM.

I don't know how the SMTP server of that old domain is set up, but to mail 1 million leads you definitely need multiple servers properly setup (with an MTA, mailing records, add-ons, multiple IP addresses, etc..)

It doesn't matter that the emails are 100% valid or if you use a spinner, whether or not your emails will inbox is a mix of several other factors (the most important being the reputation of your IP addresses and domains.)

Definitely. It's always advised to do this when you're BH mailing.

CPA networks usually have the best offers for blackhat mailers; but you have to apply for most of them and it's not always easy to get accepted, here's a list of the best (or more popular):
