1st of all thank you very much for checking out my question :

My question is

I have a traffic source that is not specific .. I mean my traffic is the mixture of different countries like us , uk , in , ca, ng , PH etc ..

I want to promote CPA offer to this mixing traffic ... But unfortunately there is not any good CPA offer that is available to all country at once ..

let say if I will promote US dating offer to this mixing traffic , then my other traffic expect than USA will be go in waste can ..

My question ::

I will select good CPA offers for each country separately ..

Then Is there is any Tool , script , whose will receive this mixing traffic and judge the traffic on IP base and then redirect traffic to specific country CPA offer .
