I Want to sell my salse latter page but I don't know how
Hi, everybody
I just wanted to ask you guys about selling my website and it's all other social accounts and pages ... but the problem is I don't know how much is it worth I'm new to this... This webpage established on the last January, it's new and I payed for the domain and host for 1 year The Details: - Hosted on : Hostgatore. - Domain Host: Namecheap and there's another one on Godaddy. - The webpage based on HTML and CSS code and the I have Wordpress blog linked to the main page with a sub domain. - I also have a squeese page based on HTML and CSS too with .info domain ---> that one that Hosted by Godaddy. - I'm selling MRR book on Weight Lose and I created the cover and all the design my self in just one month ....the last February actually. Social Accounts: - Facebook Fan page - Youtube Channel with one video - Twitter account - Google + - and I posted all my blog posts on social bookmarking websites such as Stumbleupon, Digg, and another tow bookmark that I don't remember them at the moment. I'm selling it because I need money urgently and to be honest I don't think I can make money from this page quick because I don't have much time for the SEO tech... and I don't know how to generate traffic to it.. so I'm selling the website and if I found the price satisfy me maybe I'll think to make this my new business. .. creating and selling websites like that. So Here's the whole thing, and I need your opinion guys... I'm going to be honest with you sayed: at its current condition, no one will purchase your website. You can list it on flippa, but itll cost you $9 just for the listing and at most you'll sell it for $9.
From the top of my head, Here is why its hard to sell: -Almost zero SEO -EMD probably doesnt have much searches for keywords -Hard to read -currently not generating income -competitive niche -PLR look and feel If you want to sell it fast, I'd go ahead and do the dirtiest blackhat SEO you can think of, if not then just follow a simple seo guide: Heres how you can make it better using your BBHF resources: -Download a course on writing sales copy ==> rewrite your sales copy -Download some random backlinking tool (No hands seo because its easy) ==> Use nohandsseo.exe to send backlinks to your WEB2.0 blogs, then send your Web2.0 blog backlinks to your site -Download some random article spinner ==> Use article spinner to make articles to post on your Web2.0 blogs; include anchor text to your main site -Make some more Youtube vids ==>Download videoscribe and make some random videos to upload to Youtube and backlink them to your site -Download a traffic bot like jingling (jingling is pretty much a trojan so use a vps or something) ==>Run it 24/7 to increase alexa rank -Your schedule for all of this **Run jingling 24/7 starting now on a dedicated server Monday- Add a new post to blog.meltingbodyfat ==> update social media posts with "new blog post here @ ****" Tuesday- Spin articles and post to web 2.0 Wednesday - nohandsseo to web2.0 posts Thursday - one youtube video ==> update social media post with "new video here @ ****" Friday - Convert an article to PDF with backlink and submit to PDF directory Saturday - Bookmark everything sunday - sleep you get the idea |
